About this website

Move Well Pilates organises Together for MND: A Day of Wellbeing, a fundraiser in aid of the Motor Neurone Disease Association. This website provides event information and sells admission tickets. These terms explain how bookings work and should be read alongside our Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy below.

Booking your place

Tickets cost £10 per person. Choose your ticket quantity and check the total before paying through Stripe’s hosted checkout. Please provide an accurate purchaser name, email address and telephone number so we can confirm your booking and contact you about the event. A booking is confirmed after payment has been verified. The confirmation email contains your booking reference and ticket quantity and serves as your admission ticket. If it does not arrive, please contact Move Well Pilates.

The event and admission

The event takes place on 29 November 2026, from 10am–2pm, at Maesycwmmer Community Centre, Park Road, Hengoed, Caerphilly, CF82 7QA. There are no age restrictions. Please keep your booking confirmation available to show on arrival. Admission tickets do not include raffle tickets; raffle tickets will be sold separately at the venue.

Accessibility and enquiries

A small car park is available at the venue, with additional on-street parking nearby. The venue is all on one level, with male, female and accessible toilets. If you have any accessibility requirements, please contact us before booking so we can help you plan your visit.

Your information and other websites

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use booking and contact information. Stripe processes payments through its own checkout. Donations made through the JustGiving link and visits to sponsors’ websites are handled by those services under their own terms and privacy information.

Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our wellbeing fundraiser in aid of the MND Association.

• If you can’t attend: Tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer yours to someone else free of charge. Please contact Move Well Pilates before the event to update the booking.
• If we cancel: You will be offered a full refund. You may choose to donate your ticket payment instead, but this is entirely optional.
• If we change the date or venue: You may keep your ticket or request a full refund.
• Programme changes: Minor changes to speakers, talks or stalls may be necessary. If a significant change materially affects your booking, please contact us to discuss a refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
